Notice is hereby given that the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench has ordered the commencement of a corporate insolvency resolution process against Seven Hills Healthcare Private Limited vide its order dated March 13, 2018. A public announcement of the commencement of the corporate insolvency resolution process has been made on March 18,2018.
The creditors of Seven Hills Healthcare Private Limited are hereby called upon to submit proof of their claims on or before March 29, 2018 in the prescribed forms (see below), to Mr. Abhilash Lal, the interim resolution professional for Seven Hills Healthcare Private Limited appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, at the communication address given below:

The financial creditors shall submit their proof of claims by electronic means only.
The operational creditors (including workmen and employees) and statutory authorities may submit their proof of claims in person, by post or through electronic means.
The proof of claims is to be submitted by way of specified forms along with affidavit (witnessed by a notary or oath commissioner) and documentary proof in support of the claim, as prescribed under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
Submission of false or misleading proofs of claim shall attract penalties.
