Mumbai Plan Approval Order
FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE CREDITORS OF SEVEN HILLS HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED
Notice is hereby given that the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, had ordered the commencement of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Seven Hills Healthcare Private Limited by its order dated March 13, 2018, and a public announcement in this regard was made on March 18, 2018.
Further, the Resolution Plan submitted by Capri Global Holdings Private Limited in respect of Category II of the Corporate Debtor (Mumbai Hospital) was approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Amaravati Bench, vide its order dated January 19, 2026 (made available on January 28, 2026) (“Plan Approval Order”).
The approved Resolution Plan has now been successfully implemented. In accordance with the terms of the Plan Approval Order and the approved Resolution Plan, payments to all creditors have been duly completed.
